“Advertiser” shall mean any person(s) or business(es) advertising services on the Venuesdirect.com website.
“Website” and “Directory” shall mean Venuesdirect.com and all pages therein but shall not extend to linked pages outside of the website itself.
“User” shall mean any person using the website to search for services or suppliers.

The information displayed on the website has been supplied by Advertisers who have submitted their information for inclusion in the Directory. Venues Direct Limited accepts no liability whatsoever for content and information displayed by Advertisers. However, if we discover that an Advertiser has misrepresented its services then we will investigate and may take action to remove that Advertiser from the Directory, without right of notice or refund. Complaints alleging misrepresentation or the lack of any advertised service in the first instance should be made direct to the Advertiser concerned. If after a reasonable time the alleged misrepresentation or lack of service remains on the directory then the Complaint will be accepted by Venues Direct for its own investigation and action.

1. Users may only use this service to make legitimate enquiries, and may not use it for any other purposes including those of soliciting or making offers of services.
2. Any agreements entered into between a User and an Advertiser are at the User’s own risk. Venues Direct Limited shall not be liable in any way in the event of any dispute, legal or otherwise, arising between User(s) and Advertiser(s).
3. Venues Direct Limited will not distribute or pass on information provided by the Advertiser or the User to any third party nor make use of or disclose that information outside of the confines of our normal business activities unless legally obliged under English or EU Law.
4. Venues Direct Limited, through sub-contractors and agents, is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Website. In the event of problems arising with operation of the Website we shall take immediate and appropriate steps to rectify the problems as soon as is reasonably possible. We shall not be responsible for problems arising from situations outside our immediate control affecting internet connectivity or accessibility.
5. In the event of any claim alleging failure of Venues Direct Limited to fulfill its obligation(s) to an Advertiser, then to be considered for refund action such claim must be received by us not later than 14 days following the last date of alleged failure. If the alleged failure is agreed by us to have continued without correction for more than 1 calendar month then we shall refund to the Advertiser concerned for each full month of agreed failure the fee paid therefore calculable as a twelfth part of the annual payment paid by the Advertiser.
6. Venues Direct Limited does not allow marketing on the website by commission- paid agents or agencies advertising third party-owned hotels, accommodation or property lets of any kind under any circumstances and such agents or agencies must not upload or submit to the website for marketing purposes. Venues Direct Limited reserves the right to remove, without notice or refund, any submissions contravening this condition. In addition, it is forbidden to hyperlink from the website to web pages directly linking to commission-paid agents or agencies advertising third party-owned hotels, accommodation or property lets of any kind. 7. Uploading of offensive images or text of any kind to the website is forbidden. Venues Direct Limited reserves the right to remove, without notice or refund, any submissions contravening this condition.

9. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
