Hafton Castle

Hafton Castle is a beautiful historic building set by the water in its own grounds.  

It can sleep up to 42 persons in 19 en-suite rooms and has a large heated indoor swimming pool. Both the castle and grounds are licensed for civil weddings and the castle is the ideal setting for family holidays, birthday parties, small intimate weddings and all kinds of gatherings and celebrations.

There are numerous public rooms, large entrance hall, large sitting room, small sitting room, library, dining room and snooker room. All the bedrooms are en-suite and the journey time from Glasgow Airport is only 45minutes.  Guests usually arrive via the ferry from Gourock, a very romantic and atmospheric start to their stay.

Hafton Castle is available for exclusive hire.  It is the perfect venue for weddings, reunions, corporate events, birthday parties, all sorts of gatherings. Ideal for art or music holidays, tuition can be arranged for groups  Arrangements can be made with local caterers, or functions can be self catered if preferred.
